Before sending in your form, then, please take a few extra minutes to ponder the two menus given below, including the recent clarifications in bold print. Then indicate both a subject area and a geographical/temporal category for each publication and current project you are reporting, plus a FEW cross-references if appropriate. (If you have suggestions for revising the lists of categories, please send those too.)
